I am saddened that Dr. Phillips was found dead in his Georgia home today. His parents departed this afternoon en route to Georgia. No cause has yet been stated. He was about 35 years old. His father is the former Mayor of Lakeview, Arkansas and former superintendent of the LAKEVIEW Public Schools. His mother is a retired educator.
