Please prepare a Resolution for the next meeting Tuesday night 9/21/10 to ask the State Auditors to come to Helena to present the City’s Annual audit when completed, as they did last year. A resolution is needed to make the invitation. If you have a problem with this let me know ASAP so I can have one to present at the meeting.
I think what and how they did it last year was great. They answered a lot of questions. It also let them know we are working to correct any problems in the past and in the future. I believe this puts us on a good footing to make the proper corrections.
