Good morning, AMList subscribers:

The state of Arkansas, via the Board of Health has criminalized both the possession and distribution of "K-2." See attached. Many of you have passed ordinances on this subject that have taken various positions on distribution and possession as well as having differing penalty clauses. Because the state has now put into place a consistent law for all of Arkansas, I suggest repealing your local ordinances immediately. Further, I would advise your police departments that any actions they take on this matter should be done pursuant to state law. mrh
